Nurse Call Solutions (NCS) has been pleased to provide ongoing essential services to our customers during lockdown. We would like to thank our valued customers for continuing to support our business.


As we emerge from lockdown we know that the effects of COVID-19 have been incredibly difficult for many people and businesses. Our thoughts in particular have been with the families of those who have lost loved ones during this time.

We hope that those who have been financially impacted will get some relief from the support packages released by the Government.

With the commitment of our Directors we are grateful as a business to come out of lockdown with all of our staff still employed. This means that as our customers resume their full operations and require additional services again, they can be confident that NCS has the capacity to deliver the same high level of service and support that we provided prior to lockdown.

NCS is very conscious of the fact that our staff work in aged care facilities where residents are vulnerable to the effects of COVID-19. Therefore our customers can be assured that we have appropriate protocols in place to minimise the risks of COVID-19. Many of our customers have already requested copies of our protocols to verify the risk controls we have in place, so if you would like further information about our protocols please contact our office.
